Нам однажды пришлось оказывать помощь больному, оперированному в другой клинике по поводу геморроя, у которого развился вскоре после вмешательства двусторонний тяжелый парапроктит. Дело кончилось наложением колостомы. Хирург, оперировавший геморрой, перевязал больному 22 (!) узла. При этом, конечно, очень трудно оставить между иссеченными узлами необходимые кожно-слизистые «мостики», из которых начинается эпителизация перианальных ран. Этих «мостиков» не было оставлено, и развилась тяжелая рубцово-воспалительная стриктура кожной части заднего прохода, приведшая к возникновению парапроктита.

I have not had a smoke in for many years. The worst thing related to stopping might be the initial couple of weeks. Fortunetly for me that stuff went away quickly and stuff got easier everyday thanks to the e cigs. Never give in. This is absolutely insane! The only thing this is going to change, is them saying, “Oh, I guess this doesn’t work. Let’s change it back.” The ONLY reason they are doing this is for money, plain and simple. Many EMS textbook publishers had to hold off printing new scope of practice textbooks, just to wait for the AHA to change their guidelines. You watch, a few years down the road, they will change it yet again. And in EMS, with a world full of acronyms, changing from the standard ABC (which we will have to remember still), they now have moved it to CAB. This is just frustrating.
