I ve seen some results, maybe they would be greate if I took the full amount. I m taking 40g (2 scoops) on training days and 20g (1 scoop) on non-training days. I am naturally of small build which is partly why I didn t take the full amount and also because it is so expensive. If I only weigh 140lbs should I take the full dosage or not

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
